Foundation & Leadership
EL ENGINEERING was established in 2007 with a focus on engineering and construction services. Over the years, the company has developed its capabilities around technically complex energy projects and multidisciplinary engineering support.
Today, EL ENGINEERING is led by Dimitar Tsekov, who brings more than 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, solar PV, battery energy storage systems and project management, gained through hands-on involvement in complex international projects.

The company brings together experienced specialists in electrical and PV design, battery storage, civil and geotechnical engineering, surveying and infrastructure development. Each member of the team contributes practical project experience, technical knowledge and a strong commitment to quality and engineering responsibility.

Dimitar Tsekov
CEO
Dimitar Tsekov is the CEO of EL ENGINEERING, bringing over 15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and project management.
He leads the company’s strategic direction and oversees the delivery of engineering services with a strong focus on quality, reliability and technical accountability.
His background includes work across solar PV, BESS, electrical engineering, grid connection, substations and complex international project delivery, combining deep technical knowledge with a practical, results-driven approach.
